One-on-One Coaching

You need a bit more support or a more individualized approach to your career management. But, you're absolutely, positively ready to get results. You're capable of making progress quickly - and you're ready to get going. You want in-depth, individual attention because you're ready to take a risk, stretch yourself and develop yourself professionally.

Depending on your situation, this might involve completing some career assessments to help you learn more about yourself. My approach is customized for you. We design strategies that work with your strengths. I commit to give you honest feedback. In between sessions, there will be homework to complete and challenges you'll be working on. I'll hold you accountable and support you through each step of the way.

One-on-one coaching is done over the phone, or if you live in the Twin Cities metro area, in person. We meet twice a month. Each session is one-hour. In addition to the twice-monthly sessions, I offer special support to you through email.
