Joan Runnheim Olson, Certified Career & Leadership Coach, and owner of Pathways Career Success Strategies, presented "Gender Tune-Up: Shifting Nontraditional Enrollments into High Gear" at the Atlantis Hotel & Casino in Reno, Nevada, on March 6, 2008.

The presentation included strategies on recruiting and retaining students in nontraditional classes and programs.
