Runnheim Attends Conference

On October 28, the Minnesota Career Development Association 2004 Fall Conference was held at Ridgedale Library in Minnetonka, MN. Among those in attendance was Joan Runnheim, career consultant and owner of Pathways Career Success Strategies in Hudson, WI. This year's fall conference was titled, "Beyond Assessment: New Ways of Helping Clients Find Careers that Fit." Participants learned a new model for career change, gaining a new approach and new language to use immediately with clients.
