Runnheim Olson Presents on Women & Leadership

(Hudson, WI)  July 8, 2008 - Joan Runnheim Olson, Certified Career & Leadership Coach and President of Pathways Career Success Strategies, presented “Women & Leadership: What it Takes to Lead & Succeed" at Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota on July 8, 2008.

During this highly-interactive session, participants uncovered the challenges women face getting into and being successful in a leadership role. Strategies for overcoming these challenges were covered. Participants discovered their preferred leadership style, the benefits of each style, and the appropriate times to use the different styles.
