Work Behavior Inventory (WBI)
Leaders play a pivotal role in the success of an
organization. Many are promoted into a
leadership position simply by virtue of their
longevity with the company, often lacking the
necessary leadership skills to be effective in
their new role. Other leaders may have been
successful, but are now struggling to meet their
goals. And yet others may have been identified
as high potentials and the organization wants to
keep them on track.
The
Work Behavior Inventory (WBI) will help you gain
a clear understanding of your preferred
leadership style and will help you:
Focus and guide your development efforts
Pinpoint your specific strengths
Identify areas for training and skill
enhancement
With
the results of the WBI and an action plan,
leaders can shorten their learning curve and be
more effective in their position. For others, it
can identify the stumbling blocks to their

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
Most people struggle with conflict. Many try to avoid
it, hoping it will just go away. Others enter
into a power struggle, with no one winning. The
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
helps you to understand your preferred conflict
mode and how and when it’s best to use that mode
and the other four modes.
The (TKI)
is a self-report questionnaire designed to
measure your tendencies in dealing with
interpersonal conflict. The TKI can be used for
the following situations:
Management and
supervisor training
Negotiation training
Team building
Crisis intervention
Gain a clearer understanding of the
different conflict styles and the skills which
will help them steer conflict situations in
constructive directions.
MLP 360 (Multidimensional
Leadership Profile)
The Multidimensional Profile™ is a personal
development tool providing 360-degree feedback.
It provides managers and supervisors with
behavioral feedback from people at different
levels in organization. While maintaining
confidentiality of raters, the MLP provides
insight into what supervisors, peers, and
subordinates perceive as the individual's major
strengths and developmental needs. The MLP
allows an individual to verify how others
perceive his/her strengths and also to determine
where there are opportunities for improvement.
The MLP is completed electronically via a web
link. It allows for up to five supervisors,
seven peers, and seven subordinates to be
raters. It only takes 10 minutes to complete it.
The MLP measures critical information on 16
scales that fit within 4 domains:
Leadership Patterns: General Leadership,
Informational Leadership, Competitional
Leadership, Relational Leadership Personal
Resources: Conceptual Thinking, Emotional
Resilience, Drive, and Motivation
Interpersonal Behavior: People
Orientation, Assertive Social Presence
Specific Competencies: Delegation,
Decision Making, Project Management, Meeting
Facilitation, Written Communication, Oral
Communication, and Listening Skills
After the rating process is completed, a MLP
report is generated. The report provides
feedback on each of the above areas; plus it
gives tailored developmental recommendations for
the client.
